We exercise, we eat right, we make sure we are physically fit. But that’s just in the eyes of men.

He looks on the inside at the WEIGHT NO ONE SEES. The cares of life are huge. Family problems, relationships, children, so many unresolved situations that we travel around with an the inside each day. Mental or emotional weight that may keeps us from getting to our goal in life.
1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Only Jesus can help us get rid of the WEIGHT NO ONE SEES or feels but you. Our internal weight is affecting our external weight reduction. Jesus said we should cast all our cares upon him for he careth for you. I Peter 5 v 7 KJV
Jesus, we are presenting the weight that we know are in our lives to You today. We are asking You to help us, we are unable to carry them any longer. Today we give them to You by faith in Jesus’ name Amen. As we say thank you because we believe. God blessed you.
